We can be used for the ceremony, outdoor ceremonies, wedding receptions, outdoor receptions, a small wedding, rehearsal dinners, special events, parties, and business functions/ meetings.
We can host up to 200 people at our Wisconsin Vineyard.
Indoors, we have space for 70. Outdoors, we have a capacity of 200. It could be for the ceremony, cocktails, reception, meetings, etc.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Rock N Wool Winery. It is near our big historic barn and not far from the ceremony area.
Yes, we have a large white tent to be put up to protect guests from rain or harsh sunshine. The decision to put up the tent will be discussed prior to the wedding as it does take time to set it up.
Yes, we are a family-owned vineyard and people often bring their kids to the winery.

We recommend visiting us to see these views for yourself. They are pretty great! You can see a creek, a water feature, beautiful panoramics, a cozy wooded area, relaxing fields, and, of course, A VINEYARD!

A deposit of 50% of the rental charge must be paid at the time of the signed contract. The remaining balance plus a $300 damage deposit is due 10 days prior to the event (except for smaller rentals). The damage deposit will be returned within 7 days after the event.
Up to 25% of the rental fee is nonrefundable if cancelled within 30 days of the event. See
contract for specifics.
Customize what you want to offer your guests. Choose an open bar with a selection of
wine and beer, a cash bar, or a little of both. A 15% gratuity will be added to your final bar bill for the hosted portion of bar sales. Tip jars will be placed on the bar for all other purchases. No alcohol is served after 9. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES. You are welcome to bring in your own soda and water.
Caterers must be licensed, insured, and full service, meaning they will clear the tables after dinner. We have a small caterer’s prep kitchen on site for their use that day. All food must be brought in prepared and dishes must be removed and washed off-site.
The caterer or you are responsible for any clean up of dishes/trays/plate settings brought in by the caterer or yourself. Garbage pertaining to any of the listed items must be removed from the property. The caterer must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance 60 days prior to the event.
Two bathrooms in the main barn are available during regular business hours. Three porta-potties are provided closer to the reception area. Any additional porta potties can be provided for a fee at your request.
Staples, screws or any mechanical fasteners, candles, and confetti including balloons
with confetti.
Grass venue, heals not recommended.
